REFUND POLICY

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Faulty Items: Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure your order is correct before completing the checkout process.

Custom Orders: Customised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or defective.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund:

  1. Email contact@surfprintsaustralia.com with:

    • Your order number​

    • Photos of the damage or defective item

    • A detailed description of the issue

  2. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps​

REFUND METHODS

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5-6 business days to appear in your account once proceed

RETURNS

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty

  • Ensure the item is package securely to avoid further damage during return transit

Surf Prints Australia creates all products on demand to ensure a high level of personalisation and quality. As a result, we cannot offer refunds for orders places with incorrect specifications.
