Faulty Items: Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure your order is correct before completing the checkout process.

Custom Orders: Customised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or defective.

- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defective item
- A detailed description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps

REFUND METHODS

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
Refunds typically take 5-6 business days to appear in your account once proceed

RETURNS

If a return is required, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty
Ensure the item is package securely to avoid further damage during return transit

Surf Prints Australia creates all products on demand to ensure a high level of personalisation and quality. As a result, we cannot offer refunds for orders places with incorrect specifications.
